The basic skill and quality

1. undergraduate course the school record, the finance class, the economy class or the finance and accounting specialty, have the financial control, the finance, the law, the finance and economics and the business management and so on related specialized knowledge;

2. at least 8 year financial control and fund operation actual combat experience, at least above 3 years real estate administration of the fund work experience;
